Challenge
When our Garage Guru, Mike met with the customer she was concerned about the damage of her floor. She wanted to have the floor look better, while also being durable. Her other concern was storage. With a two car garage, storage can sometimes be a challenge. We worked and listened to our customer needs and wants. We decided together that Slatwall would be the best solution for the versatility of moving hooks and baskets and the ability to go floor to ceiling with it. She loved the idea, but wanted to get one more quote from a competitor. After meeting with the other company, she chose to work with us.
Solution
We provide the customer with floor to ceiling slatwall in the color Snickerdoodle. Our highly trained crew was able to properly prep the damaged floor prior to beginning to apply the first layer of our 100% polyaspartic coating. Since we are able to properly prep the floor and our products our 100% polyaspartic, the customer will have a durable floor that will now last a lifetime.
