Helping a Customer Out in Cottleville
Challenge
Mistakes happen! Our customer was thrilled with her new floor! So excited, she even wrote a 5 star google review the same day. In the excitement, she completely forgot that the heavier items like the fridge or in their case a generator needed to wait 72 hours before being moved back into the garage. Her and her husband pushed the metal object back and forth across the floor before realizing it was scratching the top coat of polyaspartic that had not had the proper time to cure. Oh no, the scratches!
Solution
The customer called us late that afternoon upset with herself. No worries! One of our owners, Nate, was able go there that very evening to look at the damage. He was confident that we would be able to fix the scratches without having to charge the customer. The next week were were able to squeeze her into our booked schedule and repair the floor. Some sanding, a new top coat and additional flakes did the trick! She was thrilled, and already has neighbors coming over to look at it. We were so happy were were able to help this nice couple out.
