Lake Saint Louis Garage Transformation
Challenge
Like many garages across St. Charles County, this garage presented a few challenges. In Missouri, a typical 2 or 3 car garage is difficult to fit items for 4 seasons along with storage of hobbies, gardening, home improvements, and sports. The homeowners needs a solutions to store all these items while enjoying this space. This means strategic design of the space to fit their specific lifestyle. We came in and saw that there was a lot of room for opportunity to increase the functionality of this space.
Solution
There were a lot of items that were on the floor so our first thought was to add some slatwall and cabinets to get those items up and off the floor. Our cabinet system was perfect for this homeowner as well because she wanted to park her car in there, with our cabinets sliding doors, it's perfect! No dinged up cars here! The other solution we provided was a new polyaspartic floor coating to protect the concrete floor in her space. The final solution was a designated work bench to store tools and other items for home improvement. This garage turned out amazing!
